Refund policy
A third party produces art prints. If you have any issues with the quality of the print, please email us, and we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions on non-returnable items
If you have ordered a print and there is a defect, contact us. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at hello@patriciazapata.com.
Refunds
If you've received an email stating that you will be issued a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at hello@patriciazapata.com.
